Ailsa Response Care Assistants provide a wide range of support within care homes, always tailored to the individual’s needs and the setting’s requirements. While activities may vary depending on the facility and care plan, support can include:

Help with dressing and personal care, such as washing or grooming
Meal preparation and support with eating
Light housekeeping tasks where appropriate
Support with organising personal belongings
Creating a calm, supportive environment through conversation and companionship
Evening routines and preparation for rest

We offer highly competitive rates for our high quality Care Assistants, starting at £24.19 per hour for a dayshift.
